Life skills are a set of basic skills acquired through learning or direct life experience that enable individuals and groups to effectively handle issues and problems commonly encountered in daily life. Life skills education enables individuals to adapt and deal effectively with the demands and challenges of life as aware, responsible and empowered individuals, thus transforming communities and society. Life Skill Education strives to empower, support and streamline the co-scholastic and allied elements to effectively promote child and adolescent wellbeing. Life Skills enable an individual to develop adaptive and positive behavior so as to deal effectively with challenges and demands of everyday life. It enables its learners to practise Thinking Skills, Social Skills and Emotional Skills through fun-based activities, thus imbibing the entire process.
The development of Life Skills is a lifelong process that starts in early childhood and continues throughout one’s life.

Our Competency Based Curriculum develops the skills children need to adapt and survive in a rapidly changing world.
