The health and well being of our young learners is of utmost importance to us at DPSG International. The air-conditioned, hygienic and well maintained infirmary within the school premises is fully equipped to attend to the medical needs of the students and staff. A professionally qualified and experienced nurse and counsellor are available on campus to manage routine medical help that may be required during school hours.
The infirmary is equipped with five beds, a wheel chair, oxygen cylinder and other equipment to deal with emergencies. Basic first-aid kits have also been made available in areas such as the laboratories, reception, sports room as well as in the school buses. The school also has a tie up with the well- known Shivalik Hospital to deal with emergencies. All students undergo a compulsory medical check-up twice a year. A comprehensive record of medical check ups and visits to infirmary is maintained by the nurse. Regular dental care camps, mother daughter programmes , workshops on first aid for the staff and sessions with paediatricians are organized periodically.
