Q1. What is the curriculum offered at DPSGPV?

Ans: Reception to Grade 5 --- IBPYP(International)

Grade 6 to Grade 12 --- CBSE (National)

Q2. What is the age criteria for admission to Nursery?  

Ans-  The child must have completed 3 years and less than 4 years as on 1st April of that academic session.

Q3. How do I have to pay fees – monthly/quarterly / annually?

Ans - School Fee is payable on a quarterly basis i.e. 3-months fee at a time as per the following quarter definition.

Q4. What is the bus fee – monthly/quarterly / annually?

Ans – Bus fee is paid on a quarterly basis.

Q5. What are the facilities provided by the school?

Q6. Do you have any scholarship scheme for class XI students?

Ans – Scholarships are awarded to students based on their performance in Grade X Board Exams. 50% and 100% scholarship will be awarded to the students.

Q8. What are the safety and security policies of the school?

Ans – The prime focus of our campus security is complete perimeter sanitisation. Strict control on entry is a key to safety and the school ensures that parents, vehicles, vendors and service providers – use separate manned gates. Round-the-Clock security of the campus is ensured through strategically located CCTV cameras monitored continuously by our security personnel.

The Transport facility currently includes buses that are equipped with a Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) and onboard cameras. This allows us to monitor speed, location and geo-fencing of the route. This effectively ensures the safety and security of scholars on board. Each bus is air-conditioned and is accompanied by a trained driver and caretaker to pick and drop children safely from their designated bus stops. Parents/Guardians are expected to carry the Escort Card at all times during the pick-up and drop at any given point.

Ans - The Primary Years Programme (PYP) is a curriculum framework for young learners aged 3–12 designed by the International Baccalaureate (IB). Founded on a philosophy that recognizes a child’s natural curiosity, creativity and ability to reflect, the PYP generates a stimulating, challenging learning environment to nurture those assets and foster a lifelong love of learning in every child. The PYP, like all IB programmes, is transdisciplinary, meaning students learn across subject areas while investigating big ideas.
