77th Independence Day celebration

DPSGV celebrated the 77th Independence Day. The primary objective was to instill nationalism and solidarity in its young learners.
Truly said by Nelson Mandela - For to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.
A legion of creative and engaging activities brought home the same message which centred around India of my Dreams, which reflected the myriad colours of the different states of India, the folk music resounding the corridors, an array of tricolour food items, poster designs.
The proud NCC cadets lead a Flag March emphasizing the Swachhata Abhiyan and culminating with a musical score - Saare Jahan se Achcha...
The School captains and the Principal urged everyone, in unison, to find a deep sense of patriotism, unity and pride in whatever little things they do.
It is important that the young adults learn to have faith and believe in each other beyond prejudice just like a real family.
Inter House English Debate Competition 2023(Grade 6 to 8)

DPSG Vasundhara hosted an Inter-House English Debate Competition for Grades VI-VIII. It was the day when arguments unfolded, ideas clashed, and sparks of intellectual brilliance that ignited the young minds were brought to the fore.

Halloween is a fun day observed in various parts of the world on 31st October every year. The super-excited kids of KG were dressed up for Halloween as Superheroes, Fairies, Goblins, and other interesting characters. “Every child is an artist. ” ---Pablo Picasso.

Creativity is the act of conceiving something new and original. It is expressing one's own ideas, trying new things, and experimenting with new materials. One of the best ways to develop creativity in children is to introduce them to new ideas and materials, and possible ways to use them. Then give children time to create and see what they can come up with. The creative process teaches the thinking skills children need in order to make art personal, meaningful, and in their own unique style. Mostly every day, the tiny tots of KG Class of DPSGV showcase their talent and mesmerize us with their creativity through drawing & colouring, clay modelling, paper folding and other endless fine motor activities. These classes offer the opportunity to learn new skills and benefit greatly both cognitively and emotionally from experiencing art, first hand.

Before starting the assembly, we had a surprise Birthday song for our Principal Mr. Trilok Singh Bist. Durga has many names, many personas, and many facets. Just like a leader should be. A multitasking skill defines a powerful leader. In each and every state of the country, despite different ways of worship, the significance of Navratri is women empowerment.” The lines stated above were very well presented by the students. Catch him up on:  Rohan Verma YouTube Channel

He reminisces his days at DPSGV where the teachers voices kept ringing in his mind that,

you are more than a face" or " junoon hai to sab kuch hai".

He shared his experience with the students that the film world is not just a glamour blitz, but also so much more rewarding that each day you experience a different world. It is just being in the moment and a spiritual  journey that he has experienced in it.

Thou' Principal sir, Mr Trilok Singh Bist, met him for the first time, yet could connect with him on the grounds that an artists' heart is so transparent as his face that its genuinity cannot be hidden.

With a promise to screen his films for the children in the offline mode, DPSGV wishes its Alumni with abundance and growth in life.
