Policy and Procedure

Admission Policy

Admission is open to everyone irrespective of caste, creed and religion. However, the school reserves the right to admit or refuse admission to a candidate as per its discretion and own criteria of admission. Admissions are made well before the beginning of the new academic session in April every year.

Eligibility

For admission to class Nursery, a child should have completed the age of 3 years on 1st April of the year but should not have completed 4 years on that date. Corresponding increase in age will apply for higher classes.

Registration

Parent’s desirous of seeking admission of their wards must register the name with the school before the admission test. An advertisement in the local newspaper regarding registration normally appears in the months of September / October every year. The registration form, duly filled along with the non -refundable registration fee, should be deposited in the school before the due date of test.

Admission Steps

  • Admission Process for Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Prep
  • Sale of Registration Form/ Prospectus to parent on payment of fees, school gives receipt as acknowledgement
  • Submission of filled Registration Form with following documents:
  1. Vaccination Card
  2. Proof of residence
  3. Copy of Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate
  4. Family Photograph(Parents along with the child, size (5cm X 3.5cm))
  5. 3 passport size photographs of child
  6. Parents ID Proof (Proof of Parents ID-PAN Card, Voter-ID, Aadhaar card, Passport)

If parent has been transferred from another place - Parents' Transfer Letter(original copy)

  • School gives receipt on payment of Registration fee
  • Fixing date of Interaction with Child & Parents'
  • On the date of Interaction, Parents' fill Counselling Form

If the Child gets selected, the School provides Enrollment Form (To be filled by parents and submitted to the school)

  1. Deposition of fee
  2. Parents deposit Fee on the basis of the Fee Slip
  3. One copy of the Fee Slip for Accounts Department
  4. One copy of the Fee Slip for Bank
  5. One copy of the Fee Slip for Parents'
  6. Admission Slip submitted to the class teacher on the First day of Academic Session

Admission Process for Classes I - IX

  • Sale of Registration Form/ Prospectus to parent on payment of fees, school gives receipt as acknowledgement
  • Submission of filled Registration Form with following documents:
  1. Progress Report of previous two classes
  2. Proof of residence
  3. Copy of Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate
  4. 3 passport size photographs of child
  5. Parents ID Proof (Proof of Parents ID-PAN Card, Voter-ID, Aadhaar card, passport)
  • School gives receipt on payment of Registration Fees
  • Fixing date of written exam of child
  • On clearance of written exam, child will be called for personal interview. On the date of Interview child will fill undertaking form

If the Child gets selected , the School provides Enrollment Form (to be filled and submitted to school)

  1. Parents' deposit fees on the basis of Fee Slip
  2. One copy of the Fee Slip for Accounts Department
  3. One copy of the Fee Slip for Bank
  4. One copy of the Fee Slip for Parents'
  5. Admission Slip submitted to the class teacher on the First day of Academic Session
