It
yields us an immense sense of satisfaction to share with you that since its
inception, Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Vasundhara has steadily grown from
strength to strength and has successfully established itself as the destination
school in Delhi-NCR. The school’s endeavor has always been to position itself
as a frontline leader in building new paradigms in quality and futuristic
education, preparing students for ‘Life beyond School’. The consistent
commendable scholastic and co-scholastic achievements of our students bear
testimony to our ability and commitment for providing excellence in education.
The
school endeavors to provide students with an opportunity and environment for
multifaceted development, where children are encouraged to bloom and develop to
their full potential. While academic excellence is amongst our primary
concerns, we strive to imbue students with appropriate attitudes and values of
forbearance, fair play, ethics, empathy, integrity, and fortitude and
perseverance.
DPSG
Vasundhara aims to create global citizens, who possess intercultural respect
and understanding. To this end, the school is committed to ignite the minds of
the students to dream big and possess valuable life skills through various
Foreign Exchange and Peer Educator’s Programmes. We endeavour to impart quality
education that would transform the students into independent, resilient,
socially sensitive learners for life, so that, they become individuals of value
to the society
For a long time, Indian education system propped on rote
learning and the learners mugged the answers to qualify the exams. It lacked
conceptual understanding and hands-on-experiences. There had been a crying need
of an education system that would offer an Inquiry-based, concept-driven transdisciplinary
model of learning and teaching, supported by a healthy eco-system of learning.
In order to fill this gap, DPSG Vasundhara adopted IB PYP
Curriculum which would nurture independent and collaborative learners, encourage
every student to have voice, choice, and ownership in his/her own learning.
Besides, conceptual understanding, skill, and imaginative development, IB PYP
Curriculum fosters cross-cultural understanding and a sense of belongingness
with local and global communities. This is how this curriculum makes a positive
difference in the learner’s lives, their communities, and beyond.
DPSG Vasundhara is the only school that offers luxury of
