SYNERGY: Igniting Young Minds Through Collaboration and Creativity at DPSG Vasundhara

More than four decades ago DPSG started with a big dream and even a bigger resolve. A resolve to make quality education household. We not only succeeded but flourished. From one school we became eight, shaping the lives and careers of more than 100,000 students. With SYNERGY we bring together the collective energy of our eight schools- growing and learning together.
True to its name, SYNERGY is an initiative that celebrates the combined brilliance of learners across DPSG and SIS schools. Rooted in the Greek word synergia, meaning “working together,” SYNERGY provides a vibrant platform where students go beyond textbooks to explore, collaborate, and express their understanding of academic concepts through inquiry and creativity.
What sets SYNERGY apart is its emphasis on student agency. The event is led entirely by learners — from research to execution — giving them ownership of their learning journey. They engage in cross-campus collaboration, critical thinking, and peer interaction, all while delving deep into their Unit of Inquiry. The format is dynamic and flexible: panel discussions, role plays, quizzes, storytelling and creative performances are just a few of the expressive tools students use.
Unlike competitive formats, SYNERGY focuses on nurturing competencies such as communication, collaboration, leadership, creativity, and problem-solving. It also provides a platform for students to demonstrate organizational and leadership skills by coordinating various aspects of the event. SYNERGY is a celebration of curiosity, courage, and collaboration, values that our classrooms live and breathe every day. It reflects our commitment to inquiry-driven, student-centered learning and brings to life the essence of the 21st-century classroom.
As SYNERGY evolves, it continues to move from strength to strength: from its early online versions to the now immersive, offline experience. This transition allows for greater interpersonal exchange and a deeper sense of community.
We are proud to announce that the first offline SYNERGY event of the academic session 2025-26 will be hosted by DPSG Vasundhara on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. The event promises to be an engaging blend of student presentations, critical dialogue, and digital collaborations across schools — all in the spirit of shared energy and inspired learning.
SYNERGY 2025–26 invites us all to “share our energy” and shape a future defined by collaboration, innovation, and purposeful learning.
