Alumni Messages:

My School Journey

The word school carries a lot of emotions with it and we are transported to a world where we spend half of our day studying, reading and writing, then enjoying other co-curricular activities too such as sports, dance, music, etc. We imbibe a lot in school environment where our personalities and characters are shaped and we are prepared for the nation’s building exercise. The foundation of our early years is very important as it informs our future and this very foundation is being laid down by our school.

I am a dentist at present, and all I am, I owe this to the school. My school has given me alot of things, i.e. it has made me confident, independent and knowledgeable. The fact that I have brought home awards and trophies reveals a lot about my schooling and the hard work my teachers have put in towards our mental and intellectual growth. There is no reason to doubt that if such schools as ours continues to thrive all across the country then no one can stop our nation from growing by leaps and bounds.

Dr. Rythm Batra (BDS, Gold Medalist)
(Batch 2014-15)

My journey in school started as a skinny shy boy always afraid of teachers and never wanted to attend school, thoughts which completely changed over time.My passion for sports particularly badminton at that time helped me not only to stay fit but also helped in character building. I still remember coming home at 3’o clock at night from a badminton tournament and appearing for the classes the next day. I was fortunate enough to get few teachers and friends who always used to support me with my studies and sports.

All thanks to my father who motivated me to solve mathematical problems of two classes ahead and my teachers who always helped me with my silly doubts and understood my obsession with badminton as I had to practice even a day before my 10th boards and therefore tried to relax things a bit more like extending deadlines for me without even asking for. Only thing which I regret the most is I could have read some books other than my course books in my free time which I feel is the most important thing anyone could have done.

Being a Steve jobs fan I would conclude by saying “Stay hungry, Stay foolish”.

Gaurav Mishra
Batch-2015-16

It has been 3 years since I left school but all those memories from morning assemblies to the last bell are still so intact in my mind. From learning to read and rite, this school has taught me everything from scratch. Here, I have not just passed the examinations, but have learnt to overcome difficulties and be a strong individual.

Other than academics, I was pushed to be a part of other co-curricular activities. I was given ample opportunities to showcase my talent and skill. It is all because of this that I am a confident individual and have learnt to conduct myself in the world outside. Had the school not been there as my backbone and as my firm support, I wouldn’t have been the kind of personality that I am today.

I'll always be thankful to my teachers and wish DPSG unbounded success and glory.

Shivangi Singh
Batch- 2016-17

I spent the most wonderful years of my life in school. It gave me hundreds and thousands of memories worth cherishing . I want to thank my parents for sending me to one of the best schools of our town and I also want to thank our hon’ble principal and teachers for being so considerate all the time and always working for the better prospects of their students. My school life has been best so far and there are no laments or regrets for anything. My school has given me a lot things, i.e. it has made me confident, independent and knowledgeable. This school gave me friends for life ,the best ones indeed.Time flew so quick and we all grew up, the only thing I would wish now will just be to go back to school and relive every single day again.

Aakanksha Singh,
Batch .2017-18
