The school lays a lot of emphasis on physical fitness, hence games and sports are an integral part of the curriculum. DPSGI has initiated a program in the school for all classes, in which students get one hour of sports. There are professional coaches who give specialized coaching on regular basis in various games and sports. We have well maintained sports grounds which offer children facilities to play various sports and games. The school runs Cricket, Basketball, Skating and Football academies under the guidance and patronage of expert professionals. The school has two practice pitches and a turf cricket pitch of high standard and specifications. The school also has three Basketball courts of standard size specifications.
Excellence in Skating
Prince Malik of Class XI C secured 2nd and 3rd Place respectively in 500m and DTT(Dual Time Trial) races in Legend Cup 2024 Battle among the Legends organized by UPRSA (Uttar Pradesh Roller Sports Association) from 23 to 25 August 2024 at Greno Speed Skating Rink, Greater Noida. Around 350 participants were there from all over the UP.
Excellence in Sports
Kavya Mandal from DPSG International has been selected to represent UP Team for Girls U-14 Sub-Junior National Football Championship.
She was one of the top 30 players selected from all Mandal teams to attend the State Camp at Barabanki stadium from 22nd August till 4thSept. 2024.
After a series of matches, today Kaavya has been selected in the final 22 players to represent the UP team for the Girls U-14 Sub-Junior National Football Championship.

DPSG CUP
The 2nd edition of the DPSG Cup, the biggest school sports extravaganza in the country, kicked off on 29th April 2024! Held simultaneously in 3 districts—Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and Dehradun across 3 states, the event attracted over 4000 students from leading schools nationwide.
Basketball and football took centre stage at DPSG International, with final matches packed with intense competition. Nehru World School clinched the first position in the Boys Basketball final, while Shri Thakurdwara School emerged victorious in the Girls Basketball final.
The winning teams were honoured with trophies, certificates, medals, and gift vouchers worth Rs 4000/-from PUMA, recognizing their outstanding performance on the court. Congratulations to all participants for their dedication, teamwork and sportsmanship!

The winning team won an additional cash prize of Rs. 55,000, sponsored by Puma. A cash award of Rs 5999 was awarded to the Best Player and Rs. 3999 to the Best Goalkeeper all sponsored by PUMA. Congratulations to all participants for their dedication, teamwork and sportsmanship
On 7 May 2024, Aster International, Noida emerged victorious in the Under 16 Girls Football final, securing the top spot after a challenging match against Army Public School, Noida. Not far behind was KR Mangalam World School, Vaishali. The winning teams were honoured with trophies, certificates and medals, acknowledging their hard-earned success. The winning team won an additional cash prize of Rs. 55,000, sponsored by Puma. A cash award of Rs 5999 was awarded to the Best Player and Rs. 3999 to the Best Goalkeeper, all sponsored by Puma. With heads held high and hearts filled with pride, the runners-up were awarded medals as a testament to their hard work, perseverance, and exemplary sportsmanship.
At DPSG International, the event kicked off with Basketball on 29 April 2024, moving on to Football and then to Athletics on 10 May 2024.
The 100 m, 200 m and relay races for different age groups were marked by intense competition and breathtaking performances. The maximum number of medals were won by DPSG Meerut Road followed by DPSG Vasundhara. The winners and coaches for the mega event were felicitated by Principal Ms. Amita Bapai for their hard work and commitment in ensuring fair play on the field.
Ms.Punam Vishoi, District Sports Officer, Ghaziabad, Chief Guest at the spectacular Closing Ceremomy, congratulated all the winning teams and reiterated that victory is not solely measured by the scores but by the bonds forged, lessons learned, and memories cherished for a lifetime.
UP SKATING CHAMPIONSHIP
Prince proudly claims the Gold medal in 9th UP Skating Championship
History was created once again in the sporting annals of DPSG International as Prince Malik of class X won the Gold medal in his first race for Road Race on 3 November, 2023, in 9th UP Roller Skating Championship at Greater Noida. Prince once again proved his mettle by winning the Silver medal in his third race on rink in 9th UP Roller Skating Championship on 4 November, 2023.
Prince kept the flag of his school DPSG International, his family and peers flying high by winning the First position on 5 December, 2023 and qualifying for National Skating Championship to be held in December, 2023 in Chennai. He proudly claimed the Gold medal in his second race with his determination, grit and hard work. The school wishes him the best of everything for all his future endevours. May he move jubilantly from success to success.
CBSE NATIONAL SKATING CHAMPIONSHIP
Prince Malik of DPSG International once again created history by securing the First place, in his first race of 300 Time Trial and he also emerged as the 3rd Best Timer across all age groups in CBSE North Zone 1 Skating Zonal Championship organized from 27-28 October, 2023 at Greno Skating Track, Greater Noida.
Adding to his glory and success quotient, prince secured the First place in his second race of 500 m, in his age group, and has proudly qualified for the CBSE National Skating Championship for both the races to be held in Gurugram.
The entire team of DPSGI wishes him the best of everything so that he claims all success with elan.
CHAIRMAN’S CUP YOGA AND SKATING
DPSG International organized Chairman’s Cup for Yoga & Skating on 13 December 2022.
DPSG International secured 1st position in Yoga with 5 gold, 1 silver & 1 bronze.
CBSE NORTH ZONE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIP
Prince Malik of class IX B participated in CBSE North Zone1 Skating Championship. He secured 2nd Position in 300mtr & 500mtr and selected for CBSE Skating National Championship going to be held at Shalom Hills International School Block-C Sushant Lok, Gurugram from 9 to 11 January 2023.

We have a 100mt flat track of kota stone. We have organized CBSE Zonal events twice. We regularly organize Inter School Skating Championship with GDRSA (Ghaziabad District Roller Skating Association) every year.
