Mr. Om Pathak is a postgraduate in Economics from Punjab University in Chandigarh and a distinguished member of the Indian Administrative Services, having served in Uttar Pradesh. During his tenure as an IAS, he had spent almost 6 years in the Indian Army and had been seen in action in Bangladesh as well.
While serving his tenure as an IAS, Mr. Om Pathak chaired multiple ventures across various sectors, including Power Distribution, Dairy Production, Urban Housing, Rural Development, Industrial Development, Social Forestry, Anti-Poverty Programs, Rural Education, Electronics, and Hotels and Hospitality.
Mr. Pathak is deeply passionate about education and has consistently supported new ventures and schools. He has addressed key issues related to schooling, employment, and maintenance, effectively bringing about a paradigm shift in these areas.
In addition, he is the founder and mentor of the Principal's Forum, an online collaboration platform for working principals. In addition to this, he founded and serves as the Chairman of SelaQui International School and TeacherSity, a comprehensive school services institution focused on enhancing student learning. Alongside his leadership roles in these educational institutions, he is also the founder and chairman of the Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society, which is headquartered in New Delhi.
Mr. Anshul Pathak serves as the Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society. He plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of DPSG schools and is deeply committed to shaping a progressive, future-ready education system that empowers students and educators alike.
Before joining the DPSG group, he spent over 11 years working as a banker at Citigroup, with operations in New York and Singapore, before returning to India in 2007. In addition to this experience, he has led and supervised various financial sectors across Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Canada.
Mr. Pathak is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Gurukul Trust, which operates SelaQui International School in Dehradun. Furthermore, he co-founded TeacherSITY and Town Schools Education Initiatives (TSEI), where he currently holds the position of Managing Director.
Academically, he holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Manipal University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in the USA. He is an active member of the FICCI National Skills Committee, the ASSOCHAM Expert Committee on Education, and the Skills and Education Committee of CII Northern Region.
Cdr. Ajit Wasu holds a master's degree in mathematics and is presently running an export house by the name M/s. M.M. Exports (India) in Faridabad. After serving in the Indian Navy for 20 years, he joined the Shipping Corporation of India, and after he retired from SCI, he joined his family's textile and garment export business. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Environment Panel (Faridabad Industries Association) and the President of Haryana Environmental Management Society, holding membership across industries in Haryana, and is engaged in handling, treatment, and disposal of hazardous waste of industries in Haryana.
Mr. Ajit Yadav, an accomplished corporate professional, holds nearly thirty years of rich and diverse experience, having held senior positions in reputed corporations. Ajit currently works as President & Group General Counsel of Vedanta Resources. In his glorious career, he has done significant work in critical areas of corporate law in domestic and international businesses. He has played a pivotal role in the operations of large and reputed businesses as part of the management teams.
Furthermore, he has worked with the Government of India in the coveted IAS (Allied) Services for a short period. He is an active member of trade and industry forums like CII, FICCI, and Assocham. He is a frequent speaker in several forums and electronic media on issues of relevance to the corporate world.
Mrs. Niharika Pathak, a graduate of Punjab University, is a passionate social entrepreneur. She serves as a member of the governing body of the DPSG Society and has played an active role in reforming education. Additionally, she has been instrumental in establishing DPS Disha, a school designed for socially and economically disadvantaged children living in slums.
Moreover, she is a trustee on the board of The Gurukul Trust and has contributed significantly to designing the pastoral program at the school. In recognition of her efforts, she was invited by the International Baccalaureate Organization in Geneva to attend their annual conference.
Mr. Arun Seth took early retirement from his corporate career to focus on bringing the benefits of IT/Telecom to real-world businesses in sectors like energy, health, fintech, MedTech, education, hospitality, etc., through a vibrant, innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem and a focus on giving back to society. Commencing his career as the founding MD of British Telecom in India in 1995, he took this business to the pinnacle of success in telecom services and outsourced IT and back-office operations. Currently an independent Director on the board of Narayana Health, Mr. Arun Seth continues to be an active advisor to Nutanix USA, MMTC Pamp for driving its digital gold strategy, Data Analytics leader ThoughtSpot, and InMobi, which he incubated in 2007, and C2FO. Being extremely focused on fostering entrepreneurship, he became a founding Charter Member of TiE Delhi Chapter and Indian Angel Network, where he took an active part in angel funds and advises/mentors several start-ups in the tech space in India and the USA.
Additionally, he is a trustee on DPSGS and also chairs Pahle India Foundation, which is a policy think tank. He is also a Governing Member at Helpage India Board, SPIC-MACAY, NCPEDP, and Nudge Foundation. Previously, he was chairing Nasscom Foundation, which drives CSR initiatives across the IT Industry using tech. He served on the Board of Governors at IIM Lucknow and IIIT Delhi. Moreover, he has been an advisory board member of TERI and a Governing member of the TERI University Board. Mr. Seth is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta who has worked in senior commercial positions in the BT, HCL, Usha Martin, and the UB Group over the last 40 years. He is also very active in Alumni Affairs and has chaired PanIIT in 2010 and was a Vice-President of the IIT Kanpur Alumni Association.
Mr. Rohit Pathak holds an M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. He began his career as a quality control engineer with the USSC Group in Philadelphia. After gaining four years of experience in Engineering Management with several leading automotive companies in India, he decided to pivot to education in order to promote significant changes in teaching practices and traditional curricula. Driven by his passion for education, Mr. Pathak joined SelaQui International School as a teacher in 2003. Within three years, he became the school principal.
Furthermore, he aimed to incorporate inquiry-driven learning and a global perspective into the academics. To achieve this, Mr. Pathak worked diligently to introduce the International Baccalaureate Program, based in Geneva, Switzerland, to the school. He also pioneered the use of Project-Based Learning techniques, utilizing real-life situations to help students better understand various subjects.
Mr. Girish Vir is a Human Capital Business Leader having experience of working with multinational, blue-chip companies, and large Indian business houses both at corporate and business HR consulting levels. He is an MBA - HR from Pune University and a Labour Laws Certified professional with almost two decades of proven track record in all facets of HR. He also holds a master's degree in computers and management and has been a product of Delhi University where he completed his B.COM (Hons) degree.
He has an expertise in HR strategic planning, designing policies, systems & processes, organization restructuring, talent acquisition & management, learning & development, HR operations, HR business partnerships, employee engagement, HRMS, compensation & benefits, program management, labour laws and statutory compliance. He has experience of managing Trade Unions on a pan India basis and bringing in harmonized Industrial Relations which has helped organizations function in a smooth and progressive manner.
Lieutenant General Dewan Rabindranath Soni is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, and the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. In his illustrious 39-year service career, he has held various prestigious Staff and Command appointments in the Army. He was the Army Commander of the prestigious Southern Field Army of the Country, where his command extended from Rajasthan in the West, along the coastline, up to and excluding Orissa in the East. During this period, he set up the 'Army Institute of Law' at Dehu Road, outside Pune.
