Mr. Om Pathak, a postgraduate in Economics from Punjab University, Chandigarh, is a distinguished former member of the Indian Administrative Services, where he also served nearly six years in the Indian Army, including action in Bangladesh.
As an IAS officer in Uttar Pradesh, he led initiatives across diverse sectors such as Power Distribution, Dairy, Urban Housing, Rural and Industrial Development, Social Forestry, Anti-Poverty Programs, Rural Education, Electronics, and Hospitality.
Passionate about education, Mr. Pathak has consistently championed new schools and ventures, addressing critical issues of schooling, employment, and sustainability. He founded and mentors the Principal's Forum, an online platform for school leaders, and established SelaQui International School and TeacherSity, an institution dedicated to enhancing student learning. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society, headquartered in New Delhi.
Mr. Anshul Pathak is the Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society, where he oversees DPSG schools with a focus on building a progressive, future-ready education system. Prior to joining DPSG in 2007, he spent over 11 years with Citigroup in New York and Singapore, managing operations across Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Canada.
He is a Trustee of the Gurukul Trust (SelaQui International School, Dehradun), Co-founder of TeacherSITY and Town Schools Education Initiatives (TSEI), and currently serves as TSEI's Managing Director. An engineer from Manipal University and an MBA graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA), he also contributes to national education and skills development as a member of FICCI, ASSOCHAM, and CII committees.
Cdr. Ajit Wasu, a master's graduate in Mathematics, served 20 years in the Indian Navy before joining the Shipping Corporation of India. Post-retirement, he took charge of his family's textile and garment export business, M/s M.M. Exports (India), in Faridabad. He currently chairs the Environment Panel of the Faridabad Industries Association and serves as President of the Haryana Environmental Management Society, overseeing hazardous waste management for industries across Haryana.
Mr. Ajit Yadav, President & Group General Counsel at Vedanta Resources, brings nearly three decades of leadership experience in corporate law across domestic and international businesses. He has held senior roles in reputed corporations, briefly served in the IAS (Allied) Services, and has been instrumental in shaping the operations of large enterprises. An active member of CII, FICCI, and ASSOCHAM, he is also a frequent speaker on corporate and industry issues.
Mrs. Niharika Pathak, a Punjab University graduate and passionate social entrepreneur, is a member of the governing body of the DPSG Society and has actively contributed to education reform. She was instrumental in establishing DPSG Disha for underprivileged children and serves as a Trustee of The Gurukul Trust, where she helped design the pastoral program. In recognition of her work, she was invited by the International Baccalaureate Organization, Geneva, to its annual conference.
Mr. Arun Seth, alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta, began his career as the founding MD of British Telecom India in 1995 and has over 40 years of leadership experience across BT, HCL, Usha Martin, and UB Group. Post-retirement, he focuses on leveraging IT/Telecom for sectors like health, energy, fintech, and education while actively mentoring start-ups through TiE Delhi and the Indian Angel Network. He serves on boards including Narayana Health, Nutanix, ThoughtSpot, In Mobi, and C2FO, and contributes to social causes as Trustee of DPSGS and Chair of Pahle India Foundation, among others.
Mr. Rohit Pathak, an M.Tech. graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, began his career as a quality control engineer in Philadelphia before working with leading automotive firms in India. In 2003, driven by his passion for education, he joined SelaQui International School as a teacher and became Principal within three years. He introduced the International Baccalaureate Program, championed inquiry-driven learning, and pioneered project-based approaches to make academics more experiential and globally relevant.
Mr. Girish Vir, an MBA-HR from Pune University and Labour Laws certified professional, is a seasoned Human Capital Leader with nearly two decades of experience across multinational corporations and leading Indian business houses. With expertise spanning HR strategy, talent management, organizational restructuring, and employee engagement, he has successfully managed industrial relations and trade unions across India, fostering smooth and progressive workplace environments. He also holds a master's in computers & management and a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
Lieutenant General Dewan Rabindranath Soni is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, and the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. In his illustrious 39-year service career, he has held various prestigious Staff and Command appointments in the Army. He was the Army Commander of the prestigious Southern Field Army of the Country, where his command extended from Rajasthan in the West, along the coastline, up to and excluding Orissa. During this period, he set up the"Army Institute of Law" at Dehu Road, outside Pune.
